re. OT : I think my baby has Downs Syndrome08 Mar 2005 01:08 GMT5
Quick update
We saw the midwife on Saturday as planned and I mentioned the concerns and
the single crease.
She had a quick look and brushed it aside quite quickly - didn't make
constipation?08 Mar 2005 00:00 GMT6
Before I ask this, is there a newsgroup for newborn questions?  I couldn't
find one.  Our 6 week old is having a lot of problems pooping and it's
causing a great deal of pain.  Our pediatrician said it's gas and told us to
give him mylacon which we've been doing.  It helps with ...
Swelling Feet07 Mar 2005 23:01 GMT1
I've never had much of a swelling issue even in my first pregnancy.
Last night I was watching TV when I realized that my right foot had
started to swell.  It even felt a bit tingly.   Today I notice my
ankles are more swollen than usual and again the right side seems more

I have got back from my 33 week check up with my midwife.
My blood pressure was great.
The measurements were all fine.
My polycose test results were fantastic.

I'd like to buy something similar to this, possibly with more built in bump

shipping prices for this store are ...
newborn acne07 Mar 2005 15:14 GMT4
I just wanted to report that when it looked like Poppin Fresh's acne was not
going to improve from "horrendous" any time soon, I started using a weak
benzoyl perozide lotion this past week (Proactive Solution) and his face is
coming along great.

Does anyone else have a excessive outtie belly button?07 Mar 2005 03:32 GMT4
I am at 30 weeks and for some time my belly button has been popped out so
far that it is terrible. It sticks out about two inches! It shows through
my clothes and just feels and looks weird. My family is always teasing me
and my daughter and hubby like to poke it. Is this a normal ...
40 week midwife visit07 Mar 2005 00:56 GMT4
Had a good day today... the midwife came down to visit with me. I got in the
tub for her to palpate my belly--I have very strong ab muscles from all the
coughing I did, and I don't relax easily lying on my back. She said that
checking baby's position with me in the water was MUCH ...
Name advice for boy06 Mar 2005 22:48 GMT4
Howdy  Looking for naming advice for a boy. The happy couple was considering distinctive names that are still recognizable. They got their short list down to "Sebastian" and "Sylvester". I notice Sylvester is overall more common but has declined in popularity in recent years.
OB in S. California06 Mar 2005 18:08 GMT14
My sister had a successful FET transfer 14 weeks ago. She was released
from her RE and has had one appt. with an OB and despised the staff at
his office. She is searching for an OB who is into natural childbirth,
etc. I would say, any *good* OB would do at this point. She lives ...

I never heard it called *THAT* before....05 Mar 2005 16:54 GMT8
If you can't laugh about sex, what can you laugh at? Especially when it
involves working around a 39+week belly....
So in the spirit of those ubiquitous top ten lists... I don't have ten, yet,
but we're working on it.
