I am currently 38 weeks, 5 days and could go into labour at any time, although I still don't have any impending labour symptoms and personally believe it'll be into April before I have this baby. I always post while at work because I don't have internet at home (I

| Dangit, I'm so *cold* | 21 Mar 2005 18:22 GMT | 8 |
I don't remember being too *cold* before, in my pregnancies. Too hot, yes. Running around in a tank top in February, yes. But not so cold that I'm wearing a sweatshirt *over* a fleece shirt. My house is at 67F - the kids run around half nekkid all the time. Why am I absolutely ...

I am a mom of a 4 month-old. We hired a nanny so I can work part-time from home. She is very well paid, and her only duty is the child. Generally, she is good with the baby; however, there have been a few things concerning me. She doesn't seem to enjoy the child much. In

| Help request: eating during labor | 21 Mar 2005 07:23 GMT | 23 |
I'm about to get into it on another message board with an OB, and I figure I need to get my facts straight. She says she only allows her patients clear liquids during labor, because she has found that women who "insist" on eating during labor tend to vomit

People are starting to get nervous around me and it's kind of funny. I am still working and and today a fellow I've met a number of times who is a distributer we deal with visited my work with a representative of a brand the distributor sells. I started to stand to greet them but

| 31 week check-up (good and a little nervous-making) | 20 Mar 2005 05:08 GMT | 9 |
I think my due date is May 21, based on ovulation, and my doc is going by LNMP, coming up with a due date of May 17. She acknowledges that my dates are probably right, she's just following procedure. So, according to her calculation, yesterday was my 31 week appt.
