Quinine is the safest of the malaria drugs for pregnant women, but it still carries risks. But I'm wondering if the quinine in tonic water is so low as to not make a difference? Anyone have any references to share? I did a medline

Well, after several days of trying desperately to ignore my itchy belly, I have come to terms with the fact that I am probably developing PUPPP again. Grrr. I have some tell-tale red welts showing up in my stretch marks, and the itchiness is getting worse.

My wife is now exactly 12 weeks pregnant. From 6 weeks she's suffered, from what seems to be, relatively (comparative to our friends/others) bad morning sickness - extreme nausea mostly all day, vomiting from 1 to up to maximum 5 or 6 times daily.
