Decaf coffee + tea15 May 2005 12:53 GMT22
I'm only im my first month of pregnancy - first time Mom =D!!
I was just wondering what kinds of drinks should I be avoiding?  (I know
alcohol and caffeine)  But I was wondering if herbal tea is ok?  I have some
here and it says naturally decafinated and at work we have decaf ...
Painful Sex?15 May 2005 01:54 GMT6
I was on bedrest/vaginal rest with my first at this stage in my pg (35 wks)

at this stage.  Is that to be expected?  Is there anything to be done about
it??

Poor baby is really suffering, and so are we!14 May 2005 15:17 GMT26
Hi everyone, you may remember some of my prior posts regarding an IUGR
threat but the baby was born healthy... mostly.
Hes over 4 months now but I cant even describe how colic he was. He
suffers from really bad gas attacks but lately he seems to be literally
"Pregnancy category A" v. "Pregnancy category B"14 May 2005 11:19 GMT12
A question, but first a little TMI.  I've been suffering
from diarrhea about once a week for the past four-five weeks.
Blech.  Then it was two days in a row (Wednesday afternoon,
Thursday night).  I called the OB's office, and they said
Where to buy cloth diapers?14 May 2005 07:55 GMT17
Online sources? Local stores? What types do you prefer? Any warnings
against certain ones or for others?
this is why we dont do it13 May 2005 11:37 GMT24
I just hate the way pregnancy and labour is so medicalised, especially in
the US. There is absolutely no need to go doing internal exams unless the
woman is clearly in labour. Why cant they just leave well alone?
my baby came today, yay!13 May 2005 03:41 GMT29
I did have the baby today, and I am in the hospital now with an
internet connection, but the baby was actually born in the car, so a
natural unassisted birth it was!  I loved it!  I didn't get pestered by
doctors & nurses until after the birth, and it is exceedingly wonderful

Question regarding pregnancy tests13 May 2005 01:14 GMT11
I used to post here a long time ago, under a different alias, and it's nice
to see some familiar faces still here. :) Anyway, I have a question I hope
you can answer.  I am seeing my doc today but in the mean time I am worried,
so would like some reassurance. :) I had a baby 4 ...
update, SPD and other things12 May 2005 19:45 GMT21
I have a scan tomorrow to check my gall bladder etc. I have to fast for 6hrs
beforehand, which means I will be in a grump and feeling rough by the time
it happens! The midwife wants me to get them to check which way up the baby
is as today it still appears to have 2 heads!
Sunless Tanner During PG?12 May 2005 19:36 GMT17
I would like to use my sunless tanning spray.  Most of what I've found
here on Google suggests it is safe to use, but I would like to get some
more recent opinions on this.  My doctor said she wasn't sure, but
didn't think it would be a problem (I am in my 2nd trimester).
Epidural headache AFTER blood patch.12 May 2005 17:33 GMT5
I had my beautiful 9lbs 4 ounces baby girl last monday and had an
epidural, very poorly done by a very nice intern. Something, don't know
exactly what, went wrong ("See, I told you she was skinny", whispered
the doctor literally behind my back). And so the doctor had to take
