(Posting via Google as my newsreader is acting up!). Three weeks early and weighing 8lb 3oz, my little man "AJ" is here. Labor started on its own, but I ended up with a repeat c-section (which I am at peace with).

I had my amniocentisis today. The first test that takes 45 mins said that it wasn't going to happen. Thank goodness they do a second test on the fluid. That test says everything is a go and that I should show up at the hospital at 10am tomorrow morning and get preped for surgery. ...

Last night I had about an hours sleep, completely drug induced, at about 4 this morning I had reached the conclusion that I need to do something today, my instructions were to ring delivery suite, which I did and they have no space, so it's a good job I'm not actually in labour ...

Recap: I wasn't sure if I wanted to find out the sex at the ultrasound. I wanted to wait, but I had a lot of anxiety because I really wanted a girl. I was afraid if I had a boy I'd be disappointed.
