| DHs and m/c - how'd yours deal? A vent.... | 29 Jun 2005 05:36 GMT | 20 |
I know men deal differently, it's more abstract, etc. DH is Mr Sensitive New Age Man normally, he wears his heart on his sleeve, isn't afraid to cry, show emotion, is sensitive and supportive, even burns incense for healing, does meditation, etc. But he's also a

| MC at 1st trimester end (*much* TMI) | 29 Jun 2005 04:37 GMT | 14 |
Perhaps this will help someone else, who wants to know what it might feel like to MC. As mentioned in another thread, I had a devastating ultrasound at 8w5d gestation. Fetus much too small, underdeveloped, with

| HCG levels | 29 Jun 2005 04:29 GMT | 5 |
Hi there... I'm a first time "poster"... I found out I am (?) pregnant this week, but today, for a follow up blood test found out that my HCG levels are going down, instead of up... which I presume means that I am having a miscarriage (or will

| Smaller movements nearer L-Day | 29 Jun 2005 02:35 GMT | 5 |
I'm due this Sat and I have noticed that in that last few days the baby's movements have become smaller. They are still just as regular and easily tick off the 10 movements a day recommended by my midwife and hospital. There are just more small wiggles and hardly and bump

| Fat Feet | 29 Jun 2005 02:15 GMT | 12 |
At 32.5 weeks, my feet and ankles are so swollen that they hurt. I'm watching for other signs of PE, and other than my blood pressure, have none, so it's likely just annoying pregnancy swelling, and nothing more serious than that.

| Likelyhood of pregnancy? | 29 Jun 2005 02:13 GMT | 3 |
Ok, I am on the Ortho-Evra patch and my periods tend to now consist of brownish spotting, which I don't even need a tampon. Around the time of my ovulation, my boyfriend and I were intimate. I have a seven year old daughter from a previous relationship and I have not felt this bad

| Basal body temperature | 29 Jun 2005 01:32 GMT | 7 |
I have been very worried about my pregnancy (9 weeks now) following a miscarriage in my first. I have been taking my BBT as a way of reassurance. I saw a slight drop yesterday and this morning. I will keep taking it the next few days to see if it is a fluke but does this

| not happy with HMO, what are my options? | 29 Jun 2005 00:55 GMT | 2 |
I have insurance through an HMO and am very disappointed in my care. When I had my first child, I delivered at a nearby hospital that was not part of an HMO and I just adored my OB and all the staff. It was such a great experience. My insurance will not cover treatment outside ...

I have a complicated question for you guys. I am pregnant with my 3rd child, 3 months along now. I live in a small town about two and half hours away from the city where my ob-gyn's clinic and hospital is. (I lived in the city with my first, and I liked her so I stuck with it

| Blood! Ahhh! | 28 Jun 2005 22:23 GMT | 14 |
So I don't know if this is a big deal or not, but earlier today I went to the washroom. It was probably around 11:30am-12pm. This was trip to the washroom #3 for me since I woke up around 8am, which is about typical. Other 2 visits to the washroom were uneventful, as was ...

| charting questions | 28 Jun 2005 21:57 GMT | 15 |
We've been TTC'ing #2 for a few months, and I'm about to start charting. I have a few questions I hope someone can help me with: - is it okay to use an ear thermometer instead of an oral one? - I'm on Zoloft and get awful night sweats. Is this going to effect my

So I told Alexander that Megan (his nanny) was coming today since Mommy was going to work to go help with the babies (I get to go back today to work postpartum). He promptly replies, "Oh! With the Bobs?" "Well, yes, Mommy helps them eat off of their mommy's Bobs."

| Advice Needed despartely | 28 Jun 2005 20:58 GMT | 24 |
No matter how much time I spend with my DD she is very jealous of DS. Her temper tantrums have increased and I'm not sure what to do anymore. I have tried time outs and other methods to get her to listen to me. This only happens with me. If my DH tells her to do something she ...

| new worry... | 28 Jun 2005 18:33 GMT | 8 |
I'm currently 18w3d, and have been feeling movement since 16 wks. At first, that was wonderfully reassuring to feel those little butterfly taps when lying down or curled up on the couch. However, I don't feel movement every day, and it seems that I'm feeling fewer and fainter ...
