Hi, I'm six months pregnant and I'm finding it more and more difficult to get comfortable when sitting or lying down which is making it tricky getting the rest I need. Any advice on exercises or techniques I can use to relax in comfort? Worst areas are neck, shoulders and back

We went for our 20 week scan, hoping to find out what the sex of the baby is. Were not worried, dont mind boy or girl, just wanted to find out. The rediologist lady said they dont look for the sex. Full stop. No reasons were given, just dont do it.

Monday's U/S at 10w6d indicated baby stopped developing at 6w1d (not sure if that was fetal or pregnancy age). I'm now at 11w2d. No major bleeding yet. Continuous, but *very* light spotting since Monday, but no cramping. Monday's HCGs were 7752, down from 27,000 the wk before
