Friday wass my husband Keith's and my anniversary and the second
ultrasound for our baby boy.  The ultrasound showed us a baby with a
big head, a fat belly and average/short legs.  The measurements of the
head circumference were 28 weeks and 5 days on average.  His belly was

Wow, what a busy weekend!  On Thursday we headed to the Cities to spend the
night, since our appointment was so early in the morning.  We had a lovely
hotel and a nice anniversary treat to ourselves.  The kids stayed with
grandma and grandpa and got to go camping in the camper!  You ...
9 month old keeps waking up23 Aug 2005 22:16 GMT10
Our almost 9 month old boy keeps waking up at night.  He used to sleep
through the night until he was about 6 months old, then started waking up
once to feed at about 2 AM or so.  For the past month he's been waking up
3-4 times between 10pm and 7am.  He does not always feed and ...
vaginal birth after c-section23 Aug 2005 22:03 GMT19
Has anyone been induced in a second pregnancy after having a c-section
the firsttime around? It's been 3 1/2 years since my c-section but my
doctor will not induce me for fear of the scar rupturing and creating
an emergency c-section. Now she will let me go a normal vaginal birth
Help wanted for woman facing induction23 Aug 2005 21:49 GMT7
One of the blogs I follow on the Net - <http://www.leerypolyp.blogs.com>
- is written by a woman now overdue with her first child.  She's given
the various non-medical methods of induction a fairly thorough try, with
no luck, and is imminently facing the prospect of a pitocin ...
Monitor doppler thingy23 Aug 2005 19:53 GMT13
I'd like to get one of those things for listening to my unborn baby.
Looking on ebay it seems there are two types - dopplers, and the other
ones that aren't dopplers :-P
Anyone have any opinion as to which is the better buy?

for the conclusion
37w update22 Aug 2005 23:41 GMT20
This morning I decided to try walking DS to daycare (1.5 miles
roundtrip).  I used to do this all the time but discovered
early in this pg that I could either do my walking or have
enough energy for the rest of the things I do in a day.
FAO Ericka K: a couple questions for you!22 Aug 2005 23:27 GMT2
I've been trying to do a little research on my own, but I'm not coming up
with a whole lot.  I just have a question of if you know of any studies that
show a difference in outcome for a baby with spina bifida if the mother has
a c-section or a vaginal birth.  The first ...

Really really OT22 Aug 2005 20:52 GMT1
I know this is really really off topic and I m sure there will be a few
rants about it,  but I am looking to rehome my cat.  We live in Leicester. I
have already contacted the RSPCA and they have said that they cannot take
her in until October. Anyone got any ideas? Anyone want her? ...
