This might be an odd question to ask, but it's been a while for us... Amie is 2 weeks old tomorrow, and I know it's early to ask, but when did you resume having sex after delivery? I feel kind of bad because the last 6 months of my pregnancy, my sex drive had gone down the drain, ...

Has anyone had any experience of going on holiday (presumably in Europe) with a young (4 months+) child ?? I was just wondering what their experience was and whether it was worth it ? (I suspect a travel cot will be the bare minimum! +Lots of nappies, lol)

Apparently after hearing the comments from my family, it appears that it is most definitely over the top to call them names during that hard labor, lol. If anything, it gives me even more reason to celebrate this birth! Not only did I maintain an amazing amount of control over

| childproofing spiral staircase | 21 Aug 2005 03:27 GMT | 9 |
Any thoughts on childproofing an iron spiral staircase while still making it look presentable? All we can come up with is a gate at the bottom and wrapping carpet around it (ick). A gate system will not work the way the staircase is placed within the room (or would cost a ...

Evan was finally born on Wednesday, August 10th at 7:24pm. He was a big boy of 9 lbs 10 oz which was not the biggest shock - we were actually expecting GIRL which was a bigger shock! After my last posting, I went into full blown labour after lunch on the 9th.

| can exhausting day hurt baby? | 20 Aug 2005 08:21 GMT | 12 |
We had a busy day yesterday - I didn't do anything overly strenuous, but did walk around all day and was extremely tired and aching by last night. Still feel wrecked today, and I've just been worrying that I might have somehow affected my baby's development. I'm at 21 weeks, ...

| pt 4, potty break, transition and chaos | 20 Aug 2005 07:03 GMT | 3 |
After my waters were broken, the contractions while in bed remained 6-7 minutes apart. Notice my lesson of this birth
intervention doesnt mean diddly when it comes to changing the labor debate. Even with the waters broken, the contraction pattern stayed the same. I
