Today I had a sonogram, as part of a screening for birth defects -- I'm
at 11 weeks. Everything looked fine EXCEPT for, possibly, maybe, "some
fluid around the heart." Of course the doctor doing the sonogram
wouldn't tell me what that means -- it's something I have to ask my

I assume that this is the case, but people have told me conflicting

I have had not so good experiences when giving birth. This is our last baby
now, due in 5 weeks.
Have you tried HypnoBirthing? I am wondering if that is something good, or
have you any other suggestions?

eating a relatively low carb diet.  I just don't eat simple carbs very much
anymore.  Not atkins or anything drastic, but I don't ...
