I had my weekly appointment today. I'm still only 1 cm dialated, but
her head is down low in my pelvis and the doctor could feel it moving
around in there. Amazing! Although, when the he did the exam, it was SO
uncomfortable and it hurt! It always makes my bleed and cramp for a bit

I am in my 20th week, so far all test results (blood, AFP Screening),
examinations indicated everything is normal with baby. AFP exam was

I would like to know if IUD replacing can be done in one doctor visit.
Some people say in the first visit, they will remove IUD, and in the
second (some days later), they will insert a new one. Is that true?
