Big honkin' fibroid23 Nov 2005 03:53 GMT9
Anybody else have this going on? This thing in my upper belly that I
thought was part of the baby is apparently a large fibroid on the
outside of my uterus, on top of it.
At least this is on the outside of the uterus, not invading baby space.
Expired Evening Primrose Oil Capsules23 Nov 2005 02:06 GMT5
I'm planning on starting to take evening primrose oil at the end of
this week when I hit 36 weeks.  I just noticed that my bottle from last
pregnancy expired in August.  For those who know about such things --
does that mean they *really* expired, or that they'll expire six months
cyst22 Nov 2005 23:25 GMT5
I had an ultrasound last week (at 20 weeks), and my doctor told me today
that they might have seen a cyst near where the umbilical cord attaches.
She said the ultrasound specialists (I know that's not the right term)
want to do a follow-up in around six weeks, but she doesn't ...
Colostrum production early in pregnancy?22 Nov 2005 22:43 GMT4
I am about 12 weeks along by my doctor's "feel"-based estimate, 13 or
14 weeks along according to my false/positive HPT estimate, and this
morning, I noticed I'm already leaking colostrum.  I stopped
breastfeeding DD around the time I got pregnant (so 3 months ago or so,

Baby seems depressed22 Nov 2005 11:50 GMT9
My 23 week year old boy seems to have lost his spark. Its slightly
concerning me. We are introducing new foods. My wife has breastfed since
birth and is still doing so. We have introduced a little mashed banana (very
little and he seems to like it). He is also in the early stages ...

Intro21 Nov 2005 21:47 GMT40
I've been lurking on this group for probably close to three years now,
so I've finally decided to post an introduction.  My name is Cristi and
I'm now 15-1/2 weeks pregnant.  My husband and I had been trying for
about 2-1/2 years with one miscarriage thrown in.  We're planning to
advice needed re:overeager family21 Nov 2005 20:59 GMT22
well, I'm officially 39wks now.  We all here understand that while I *could*
have the baby today, chances are it'll be after my due date.  I'm actually
pretty calm about the whole thing so far (for me) and am being
almost-patient.  Problem is, my family is literally frothing at the ...

I have a number of silicone bottle teats which are no longer required
by my baby, but I would like to keep them in case we need them in the
future..
Can anyone suggest the best way to store them?  They already seem a bit
The Birth of Grant/Part 321 Nov 2005 16:50 GMT44
Okay, I think I can finish this.
Anyway, we were on the road.  I worked through  the contractions, hating
every minute of it.  I did very well, though.  It felt good to be alone in
the back seat, and I moaned through the contractions as I did in my previous

Pregnancy related or coincidence?21 Nov 2005 13:26 GMT8
Hi - I'm retaining lots of fluid - feet, face and hands - having my blood
pressure checked regularly so it all seems under control so long as I lie
down a lot and keep my feet up.  Just tonight though, on the top of my left
foot I've got a really painful swollen area (in addition ...
