Home alone / misc15 Nov 2005 17:07 GMT12
I had to reach out.  I am home alone with a cold and fever and I
strated to bleed yesterday.  This morning I passed something about the
size of a raising (should I keep it for the doctor?).  I cannot even
explain what I feel.  This is not the first time since this summer....A
Oh hell15 Nov 2005 13:25 GMT21
My week's just not getting any better.
I just saw my midwife Katie.  She has resigned.  Bloody politics.
Basically she was hounded out.  I don't blame her in the slightest for
going.  I wouldn't want to work in that culture of blame either.

Pregnant with subclinical hypothyroid13 Nov 2005 19:30 GMT6
My wife is 4 months pregnant and we discovered that she has
'subclinical hypothyroid'. In her first test (2 months pregnant) her
TSH level was 11.5 (T3, T4 tests were not done). However, the doctors
ignored that and now her TSH level is 8.3 while her T3 and T4 are

I met with my midwife for the first time in this pregnancy on Tuesday.
There wasn't much to say, as I was then only 9 weeks 6 days. My uterus seems
to be at the right place, but we didn't get a heartbeat. Probably in 4 weeks
we will.

That discussion a few weeks back, about flu jabs, well I changed my mind
& decided that I'd be better off having the jab.  I'm still not
recovered from the pneumonia; I just can't face getting another bad
illness.
