I have a blood clotting disorder called Factor V Leiden and I'm 35 weeks pregnant. I've been told that, as a precaution, I ought to have a Heparin injection prior to delivery and then will need to continue to inject myself for 6 weeks after our baby is born. I have no problem

apparently the UK government is about to (or just has) change the guidelines for formula prep, the new method is boil the kettle, allow to cool for 10minutes (70degreesC), then mix the formula, then cool to feeding temperature, with no making up in advance.

Thanks to all of you for your congrats and good wishes. On Thursday, Holly was transferred to a Care by Parent unit at the hospital where we could stay with her in our room along with her monitors. She did well and we are so happy she is home.
