After a long, stressful week dealing with a transverse baby, fighting
for a chance at an external version, having the baby turn and just
barely missing a c-section, scheduling and canceling an induction and
now yesterday having a not so nice appointment with one of the OBs in
Question On Sex Of Baby28 Feb 2006 14:34 GMT2
Wife and I went for an ultrasound tonight she is 21 weeks and the
examiner told us it was a girl.   She said she is "yet to be wrong" in
determining sex and never tells unless she is 100% sure.  My
understanding is if you are told it's a boy, you can pretty much take
Possible problems with a possible pregnancy?28 Feb 2006 12:01 GMT5
One question. If you suspect you´re pregnant but you are probably NOT
and therefore have put in a new NuvaRing, ( if you are....) how would
that affect a pregnancy? Any ideas if that would be super duper bad or
just bad or a little bad? I just went to my doctor today to get an

I just got this link sent through, having read the schedule, I desire
passionately to attend, it totally fits in with my role as a lay member of
the maternity services liason comittee at our local hospital, and also with
UNFAIR WORLD OF C-SECTIONS28 Feb 2006 09:30 GMT19
I am very frustrated. Last week I was conviced that I HAD to have a
c-section b/c I had had a previous one less than 2 years ago. My Doctor
made sure that I was convinced.
I started doing my own research and met so many women who have had
40 weeks tomorrow28 Feb 2006 04:11 GMT4
I am forty weeks pregnant tomorrow!  I can't stand being pregnant
anymore.  Our last 3 doctors appointments have shown no cervical
change.  At our last weeks appointment my doc stripped my membranes and
caused my mucous plug to come out that was 5 days ago still no baby!

Not posted on my situation for some time so here is a brief update for you.
Well its still going really well and I think social services are realising
we are not the monsters we have been made to be by the other lot we dealt
with back 6 years ago. Contact is going well on the whole, ...

Hello all...intro27 Feb 2006 19:21 GMT7
Hello all. My name is Anne Marie. I have been lurking around here for a
while, for some reason my old computer wouldn't let me post. I used to post
here a couple years ago, I was hoping to see some familiar names but I don't
think I do. I am 11 weeks pregnant with my second child ...
41 week update (passed NST today)27 Feb 2006 19:18 GMT10
Just another update on our situation...
Went to our OB appointment today.  As far as the important stuff goes,
it went fine...BP, urine sample and weight were all great.  Baby's
heartrate was fine.  Doctor said he thought the head was down.
rib pain27 Feb 2006 15:01 GMT4
OK, I know this is common, but I can't remember what causes it or how to
fix it. I get a sharp, long-lasting pain, right around my bottom rib,
slightly to the right. It's making me lose sleep, which I can't spare.
Advice?
stroller for newborn/ safety belts26 Feb 2006 10:21 GMT1
Just bough Peg Perego Pilko P3 stroller for newborn and wondering how to use
it without car seat for newborn. What should we do with safety belts? They
are look like for toddler but not for newborn. Should I remove them until
later time?
