My apologies about the lengthy post...
My DS is now 10 months old and insists on waking at 4am. This is not just
because of daylight saving (I'm in Australia) but he's been doing it for
about three months now. I go to bed at 9:45 pm, lights out at 10pm, asleep

We have a 4.5 month old baby boy - lovely in every way except that he
won't nap for any longer than 45 minutes. He wakes around 7am and is
ready for his first nap around 1.5 hours later. After the first nap
he's in a pretty good mood still, but as the day goes on (awake 1.5 hrs

I am pretty sure this is normal. I have a 5 1/2 month old and I'm
