| ...remarried, it was to the mother of his son's wife | 10 May 2006 22:56 GMT | 3 |
"...remarried, it was to the mother of his son's wife, which provoked many family jokes over the past 20 years..." Does this happen? I read about stepmothers married to their stepsons (think Survivor).

| 34 week update - opinions needed please :) | 10 May 2006 21:19 GMT | 28 |
I had my three appointments today - the first which was that nasty old anti-D injection, which went ok. I mentioned the cravings for plastic/pica, and they said my iron levels etc were fine, just don't actually eat any! :) The second was for the growth scan - she's still a girl ( ! ...

| Midwife visit and beta update | 10 May 2006 21:15 GMT | 4 |
I met with a midwife yesterday who I am happy to use as my lead maternity caregiver (LMC). She insisted on a beta when she found out I was at the same stage in my pregnancy as my last miscarriage. At 23dpo it was a massive 14127. Hmmm, makes me wonder how many are there.

| 35 wk update - GBS etc- bit of a rant :/ | 10 May 2006 19:44 GMT | 7 |
My MW appt went well, I'm fine, baby's fine - still measuring big tho! However. I asked about the latest GBS test result. It came back negative, which is great as I don't have to have the antibiotics now after all, which obviously I am pleased about. With that in mind, I asked about ...

| Wife Miscarried: Wife Wants Resume Intercourse | 10 May 2006 02:18 GMT | 7 |
OK, please do NOT flame me for that title. I am NOT pressuring my wife to have intercourse right after miscarriage; actually, SHE is the one being aggressive. I did post earlier saying that my wife had started spotting last Thursday,

| Braxton Hicks question. | 09 May 2006 16:33 GMT | 13 |
I am 17 weeks pregnant with my 6th bub and am sure that I have felt something like BH's, a tightening kind of feeling. Would 17 weeks be too early to feel BH's? I have definitely felt them further on with all of my other pregnancies.

I am 16.5 weeks pregnant. And I have had a migraine for 2 and a half weeks. It goes away for a few hours here and there, but comes right back. I have tried caffeine, percoset. sleeping, massages. I wear sunglasses all day long inside and out. So far I have taken 4 days off

| belly button sticking out....or not? | 09 May 2006 12:06 GMT | 16 |
Isn't it normal to get the outie button in late pregnancy? When does this typically occur? I've expected it for weeks now (I'm 31 weeks), it's flat, so no longer *in*, but not out either! not that I'm complaining really, just curious
