Coping with 2 kids close in age26 Jul 2006 04:42 GMT7
Apologies in advance for a long post!
As the due date draws closer, I'm starting to wonder about how I'm going to
cope with my 2 kids being so close in age (15 months). Or, more to the
point, with the older one.
I need help please!!25 Jul 2006 17:08 GMT6
It has been a while since I have posted.  I posted when I was pregnant
with my now 2 and (almost) 1/2 year old daughter Reagan.  I decided to
post here because I recognized some names, (New York Jen, Nan, Anne,
Ericka, Nikki, among others), and you guys gave me some really good

Procardia - preterm contractions25 Jul 2006 01:35 GMT4
I was just checking if anyone else out there has taken or is taking
Procardia for pre-term contractions?  All I have to say is after having
steady contractions for 3 days straight taking procardia is a marriage
saver.  I'm curious what others thoughts are in here about procardia.
developmental question24 Jul 2006 19:45 GMT15
ok, so, Ada is 13+ months, so not late in walking, slightly below average I
understand, but well within normal range, thing is though, she was on target
with other things and has been stuck at the not quite walking stage for a
long while now, we've been watching her carefully and ...
Switching Doctors & LIJ Hospital24 Jul 2006 18:15 GMT13
Well, I finally got down to asking some of those hard questions of my
ob, and I didn't so much like the answers I was getting, so here I am
at 30 weeks looking for a new doctor! Fortunately I've already found a
doctor who has a reputation for being very supportive of natural
Good hospitals in Chicago for labor and delivery...24 Jul 2006 16:39 GMT1
I am a new member and I have enjoyed reading everybody's posts.
I am 20 weeks pregnant and was planning on delivering at Rush
University hospital in Chicago until I recently took a tour of the
facility.  I was concerned with some of the things I learned on the
Turning a Breech Baby24 Jul 2006 12:54 GMT17
OK, I know at 30 weeks the situation isn't terrible just yet, but I'd
like to find ways to encourage the baby to turn sooner rather than
later. She's been butt-down for both of the sonos I've had where they
checked position and I'm worried it's turning into a bad habit. :)
bra help for running nursing mom23 Jul 2006 22:49 GMT4
My turn to ask a question.
My wife is breastfeeding. She is a runner. She is not happy with the
athletic bras available in our local sporting goods stores. It is not
necessary that she have a nursing athletic bra, just one that is
how to cope with grief during pregnancy?22 Jul 2006 17:36 GMT8
I lost my father right before memorial day... he passed away peacefully
at home but it has still been really awful and I have been grieving
terribly. I just found out I'm pregnant this cycle, which is happy
news, but I am having a lot of trouble coping...I miss my dad and
Quick question on tuna...22 Jul 2006 17:33 GMT10
Haven't been around at all lately, and really have very little time right
now!
I have a question... I did google something like, 'tuna during pregnancy'
and came up with quite a bit, but I don't have the time to actually read
Question On Newborn22 Jul 2006 15:05 GMT19
Our newborn is 10 days old she does so well during the morning,
afternoon and early evening.  She sleeps, eats, is very easy to work
with when changing etc....if she crys it is briefly but then she calms
almost immediately.  Every evening any time after 10 pm she gets
