Shooting pains?  Normal?27 Aug 2006 22:44 GMT12
It's right in my stomach, mainly on the left side... Sometimes lower down,
sometimes higher up.  Sometimes I even get it towards the very bottom of my
stomach (but mostly somewhere on the left side)
It was a fairly uneventful day, and same with the evening, other than a
Teething question27 Aug 2006 20:03 GMT4
My eight month old has had two teeth come through so far and is working
on her third. The weird thing has been that the tooth seems to be ready
to break through then either stop altogether or seem to disappear for a
few days, only to come back again and look ready to pop. Anyone ...

an update25 Aug 2006 22:28 GMT26
Just thought I'd post an update.  Grant has been doing fairly well.  The
most exciting thing is he's mobile!  He's able to "inchworm" across a room,
and he's quite proud of his achievement.  As am I! :)  He's been getting
better and faster, since he started doing it a month ago.

friend with PPD -- what to do?24 Aug 2006 19:28 GMT9
Hi, everyone -- a friend has PPD again (her third child is a few months
old, and she had diagnosed PPD after her second baby was born).  She's
pretty much retreated to her home; she's not going to church except
when she's got specific responsibilities (it's a *very* small
Foot spa or massager for my pregnant wife?24 Aug 2006 17:53 GMT4
What would you recommend between a foot spa and foot massager for my 5
month pregnant wife? The foot spa sounds good until you have to deal
with the water and the weight etc. But does the foot massager provide
enough relief?
too many carrots?24 Aug 2006 02:01 GMT12
DD is 7 months and I'm still breastfeeding her so who knows when I'll get
pregnant anyway, but we would like to have another one close in age to her
so we're hoping to be pleasantly surprised sometime when it happens.
Even though I haven't had a period I'm just wanting to be safe ...

I completely forgot to do that, and now I'm wondering if I should

IUD, hormones or not?23 Aug 2006 16:09 GMT4
I'm trying to decide on which IUD to do.
If anybody here has had used these (previous use of course) :-) and
what your experiences were?
Or, even if you haven't used, but have some opinions or knowledge of,
fast, easy cash22 Aug 2006 22:28 GMT3
Hello! I've got some awesome news that I think you need to take
two minutes to read if you have ever thought "How could I make
some serious cash in a hurry???" , or been in serious debt,  ready
to do almost anything to get the money needed to pay off those
update- preterm contractions and placental previa22 Aug 2006 16:02 GMT5
We had wonderful wonderful news yesterday.  My cervical length is just
shy of 4cm which indicates a very low risk of preterm labor.  YAY.  and
my placenta did move enough to just be a low lying placenta not a
partial previa anymore.  So we are right on track for our birth center

Peeing?22 Aug 2006 03:33 GMT10
Sorry if this is TMI, but I'm wondering if anyone has had something like
this before...
I just can't stop peeing, but it's not really like I am actually going to
the bathroom... I feel huge urges to pee, but when I actually go, it's like
