Does anyone know how safe it is to use over the counter cold meds when

I am in Winnipeg, MB and have been looking for diaper pins.
I don't want to buy them online, so I've been looking for a local store
to get them at.  Walmart doesn't appear to have them (I tried two so
far).  Would fabric shops stock diaper pins normally?

Emily-Rose is now 15 months and I'm heading rapidly in the direction of 40, so here we are again TTC baby no5.
