Baby Thrusts25 Mar 2007 21:53 GMT2
Our 3 week old is constantly thrusting, like he is trying to poo, he
does this quite alot throughout the day *and* night, he makes quite a
racket when he does this, and also sometimes goes very red in the face.
He doesn't poo when he does this, the most he manages is a few trumps ...

Inspiring or horrifying new mom news story?24 Mar 2007 03:46 GMT10
This news story has been fairly well-publicized in my area for the
last week or so and has been on numerous national news programs.  I
don't -think- it's been posted here, and I'm curious to know what you
all thought of it -- I am horrified at the number of "Good for her!"-
What do you think about this idea for a website?23 Mar 2007 21:21 GMT2
Maybe one already exists that I don't know about...
my wife and I are having a baby, so i was thinking about creating a
website where new parents, or even parents that had kids before, can
go, to discuss everythign about babies.

they were about or what causes they. The waking up scraming and  being
scared breaks my heart. Does anyone know what why or maybe how I could
get they to stop? I hope someone out there has so answers. Because I'm

Hi,  all,
I'm 5 months pregnant with my second, and during both pregnancies I've
been searching for a product that I cannot believe does not exist!
It's a cotton footie with fold-over mittens.
Induction question21 Mar 2007 20:11 GMT11
This is just out of curiousity.
A woman with no other health issues, at 39w1d is 'measuring big and
not at all dilated' and therefore her doctor is ordering she be
induced tomorrow (39w3d). She wanted to know the likelihood of ending
Had my little one this morning20 Mar 2007 05:12 GMT46
Just wanted to let you know Quentin Petrus was born at home this
morning weighing in at a whopping 9 lbs 9 oz, just one day before his
due date.  He did have a hard time coming out but the midwives knew
what to do and helped him out with their hands.  Considering his size
Older woman pregnant by teen boy20 Mar 2007 03:20 GMT2
My 16 year old son met a 26 year old married woman at work.  She is
married and has a child.  She seduced my son and has become pregnant.
I have issued a restraining order against her and her husband has also
left.  She's going to have my sons child.  He is 16 with the mind of a

Testing for special needs while pregnant!!19 Mar 2007 22:08 GMT5
I've never blogged before so I'm not sure how I should start, but I am
11 weeks pregnant with my first child, I'm 25 years old and I'm
already considered "high risk."  Mainly because I was an idiot and did
a few xrays (before I knew I was pregnant, I'm guessing I was about
Finding a Doula19 Mar 2007 18:52 GMT2
Well, I have passed the 12 week mark and I'm wondering if it is too early to
start looking for a doula.
I am in a bit of a unique situation, as I will be moving to a different
state in June, so I won't have a chance to meet or interview anyone in
Friend with possible pregnancy/miscarriage17 Mar 2007 13:26 GMT1
Today, at school, a friend came up to me and asked me if I'd be able
to tell her what a miscarriage felt like. Of course, I don't know but
from what I've heard about my mom's two miscarriages, I knew a little.
I told her that I remembered my mom telling me that it's like a
Puppps again!!17 Mar 2007 04:18 GMT2
Well, this sucks. I had PUPPPs at 33 weeks when pregnant with Alexander.
This time I got it at 23 weeks. It wasn't as bad until today and now it
seems to be getting worse. Little red itchy bumps all over my belly driving
me batty.
