I asked a little while back about what appeared to be a long luteal phase, yet again, this month, ovulation seemed to occur early, day 10ish, but then I had more ovulation signs on days 21-24ish, which would be much more normal for me, DD was conceived with ovulation on day 23, ...

| 33 week update | 28 Apr 2007 18:45 GMT | 4 |
All seems to be going well. Fundal height is actually 33cm which is amazing as with #2 it was only 29cm. Slightly small as I was 33+6, but still in expected range. Maybe I'm growing an elephant this time! Head down, but not engaged, back over the left side. Can't remember which

| Weird Numbness | 27 Apr 2007 10:39 GMT | 2 |
I'm 18 weeks pg, and for the past week or so I've been feeling a strange numb/tingly feeling in my ribcage. It's localized on the right side, under my boob just below where my bra typically sits. The funny thing is that the feeling usually happens when I'm not wearing a bra, or ...

(except "John" who isn't an expert in anything but his own mind) So how are the children? Are you planning on more-or hoping for more maybe? Just sticking around to give your expertise?

| Help me pick a gift for my midwife, please | 26 Apr 2007 21:59 GMT | 5 |
A while ago I wrote that I had not given my midwife a gift after she'd helped with the homebirth of my first baby. I felt really guilty about this omission, but it seemed too late by then to do anything about it. Now my six-week postpartum visit is coming up after my second

| What's a safe duration for a prenatal anatomy ultrasound at 20 weeks? | 26 Apr 2007 11:30 GMT | 3 |
My wife had a prenatal anatomy ultrasound at 20 weeks yesterday. It lasted about 40 min. My wife's pregnancy has been normal and no problems were revealed during the test. Towards the end of the test we learned that the operator was inexperienced. We are worried our baby

| Charting & irregular wake up times | 24 Apr 2007 10:19 GMT | 7 |
I touched on this in the TTC thread but would be grateful for info from anyone who has BTDT. How can you chart your temp successfully when a toddler wakes you up at wildly varying but undignified hours? Charting signs other than temps on their own has not brought us much

| Coil removal | 23 Apr 2007 09:33 GMT | 2 |
I'm due to have my coil removed on Tuesday. I've heard some stories of women who have been cut as it comes out and others who have had no problems. Just wondered if there is anything I should know or should be doing? Cheers

| Home test question | 23 Apr 2007 05:48 GMT | 2 |
Is there any reason one pregnancy shows up on a regular home test a full week before a period is due, and with another pregnancy even the "early" (more sensitive/up to 5 days before a period is due) test won't show a positive until after a period is missed?
