I'm hoping that some of you experts of things like "taking charge of your
fertility" might be able to shed some light on this.

How do you measure the length of a contraction? When people refer to
"3 minutes apart lasting 30 seconds" does that mean 3 minutes from the
start of one to the start of another or 3 minutes from the end of a
contraction to the beginning of another?
