We have Johnson and Johnson night time lotion and what-not for our 6
month old boy, and as of late I have been wanting to stop putting it

Hello - Is there a way to get rid of all the spam in this group?  It's

Connor's sleep pattern seems to have changed over the last week and we are
now wide awake at 9pm or 11pm and 4am every night.
His usual routine for bed is -
