Just to let you know.. 26 Jul 2003 03:59 GMT1
I sent a letter of apology to Dennis.  I didn't realize that his trip
was confidential. I did pass on the info to Lorian that Mo had
disappeared when he tried to contact her over the summer.
I didn't mean to betray a confidence nor would I intentionally do so.
L, how's your son?26 Jul 2003 02:27 GMT2
I can't be bothered to read the rest of the thread that started out to
be about your son so I'm sorry if you've already given an update, but
how is your son, Lorian? Where is he staying? Is he getting help? What
are your plans for him, or his for himself, or the county's for him,

Trying out on line dating (not spam!)25 Jul 2003 22:45 GMT11
After seeing Joelle's note about 28 dates in one night, I wondered if anyone
had tried the slightly less speedy ordinary on line dating. I am a single
mum with two kids of 20 months and nearly 4 and I've just registered with
venusrooms.com. Does anyone have any tips with regard to ...

Hey there -- many new names and faces along with some old ones, I see.
Sad to read that some issues here never change.  Oh well -- that
beating-your-head-against-the-wall thing never did much for me.
Matt is doing *great*.  His business had flown so well that he was bought

Another Dating Question25 Jul 2003 07:50 GMT15
Am I paranoid or appropriately concerned?
So I brought up the fact that my daughter and I skated and he wants to see *my
daughter* and I skate.  And when we met for lunch, I said I would be in town
because I was taking my daughter to skate and he asks "Will your daughter join
Should I say something?25 Jul 2003 02:34 GMT10
The other day my son was with his grandparents, and my nephew was there as
well.  My brother and I both work, and it being summer, the children spend a
lot of time with Grandma and Papaw.  Well apparently while they were
playing, my son (who is 12) shut my nephew (who is 7) in the ...

This is so painful and I am so ashamed and hurt it is difficult to talk
about it but you are my family of choice and have been with me through thick
and thin for over four years now and I love you all and need you now more
than ever as my "real" family is very unhealthy for me and ...
The Evil Nintendo23 Jul 2003 01:47 GMT3
My AOL has been buggy and responding to this thread did not come easy. I must
admit, this topic is very hard for me to resist commenting on. Games and their
chosen themes are full of questionable content not to mention how they can
consume massive amounts of a young person's time. I ...

The Melodrama of Adolescence21 Jul 2003 22:46 GMT3
My daughter is driving me crazy.
She has a figure skating competition coming up.  She's skating better than
ever, but the way she deals with pre-comp nerves is going to drive me to drink
(well except that I already do) or a stroke.
