Sorry bout the first one. Pushed the wrong button. Anyways how are you all
doing? Please, I would like to know. I just got my son back yesterday.
He's been at his dad's house for like the past 2 and a half weeks almost
three because he tried to sneak in another week. Man I've been ...

it and sent him off to the mailbox on his own. <sigh> :-)

young children whose parents are getting a divorce.
How do you handle when children come back from your ex's house and they
are more rude and tempered than usual?

Circle in a Square Peg26 May 2004 07:49 GMT22
I am unsubscribing from this newsgroup because it's not given me the support
I was seeking or hoping to find.  I'm sorry if it appears that I've been
whining or wallowing in my own pain, sorrow, grief, and anger.  Guess what?
Just because some of you have been single parents longer ...
Daughters!!!25 May 2004 22:23 GMT29
So it's her 14th birthday and she usually has a bunch of friends overnight.
This time, I just had a feeling something was up.  Couldn't put my finger on
it.  They usually sleep in the attic and she wanted to sleep in the basement,
where it's damp and musty.  But it's pretty far from ...

curved spine?20 May 2004 23:49 GMT21
I just got word my third grader is developing a slight curve in his
spine. They're telling me it's quite common at this age, more so with
girls than with boys, and that they'll probably just monitor it.
Anyone have any experience with this? This kid's got better posture
Stuff20 May 2004 13:23 GMT6
I don't know for sure what to do about this situation. Sage's dad didn't
leave a will, but he didn't really leave anything of value. I do know he has
hundreds of cd's, some live tapings of shows that are hard to find. I am
sure there were some furniture things, most likely a CD ...
Introduction20 May 2004 03:07 GMT63
I just figured out how to subscribe to these newsgroups this morning... so
I'm trying my hand at it :).  I am a single mother of a beautiful 5 year old
daughter.  I never married her father and that was probably one of the BEST
decisions I've made in my entire life!  She is my world ...

My hair19 May 2004 20:20 GMT2
My daughter is doing my hair. It reminds me of that wireless commercial where
the girl has done the dogs hair, the grammy's , etc. and everyone is in braids
and she is still talking...he heeeee.
I look like I have dread locks right now. I sort of like it.
A laugh a day keeps the blues away19 May 2004 20:19 GMT2
I stole this off another newsgroup - I reckon a good laugh helps blow
the blues away
David - whose favourite joke is about the psychiatrist that made his
wife sleep under the bed - because he thought she was a little potty.
