Went to the OB appointment today.  Just got home maybe 10 mins ago.
Everything went fine, as far as I know.  Apparently, that grossness was the
'plug' and it's all fine.  She has no concerns at all, and will be out of
the office all next week, so my weekly appointment will be in ...

Okay, so last week I organised a rental truck. A cube van.
This morning I got up at five to finish packing and get the truck. D
asked to borrow my car so I let her, to get to work, because the
busses don't run early enough for Sunday. So I arranged for T's

Arg!  4.5 weeks left to go, and I've already gone insane.
This afternoon we have our little moms/babies/tots group.  That should be
interesting, as I'm ready for a nap at 930am after a fairly nasty thunder
storm last night... Woke up at 415am after a huge clap of thunder and some

My daughter went to school with the 13 year old and the 14 year old.  My son
skated with the 13 year old.  My daughter IS 13 years old.

OK, so T is graduating on Wednesday. Against all odds, the kid is
graduating, and on time. And those of you who've been here awhile,
know what she's been through and how hard it's been for her to get
here.

  I am in a position where I have a 3 year old son, who thinks that
copying everything I say is fun.  Sometimes it is funny.  Sometimes it
is not.  For instance, I say "Pick up the Crayons" he says "YOu pick up
the crayons", and proceeds to laugh.

Does your 6 year old boy occasionally, once a month or
perhaps every other month, say things like "I hate my life."?

Ahh...
Well, it's been a blast the last little while.  Juuuust joking!  It's
actually sucked for a long while, but  hopefully everything will get better.
33 weeks now, and I'm so tired.  No energy, and it just keeps getting worse.

Hi All.
Isn't the internet great !!!

I'm open to suggestions.  My dad is in FL, and I'm in WI.  He's dying of
cancer, and currently back in the hospital.  I'm at a loss what to do for
him for father's day, to let him know how much he's always meant to me and
the kids.

I am new here although not new to single - parenting. I was widowed 10 years
ago when my babies really were babies. Now my daughter is almost 13 and my
son is 11 Things are moving on and if I was lonely before...I am certainly
lonely now!

Did I mention that my son graduated last Friday?
I didn't expect it to hit me but it did and off and on, I was crying
my eyes out thinking of his dad and how proud he would have been...
and how my son really deserved to have his dad around to say that in
