Would you trust CPS which has FAILED EVERY STATE21 May 2004 00:05 GMT1
Why should families trust the expertise of CPS which now has failed in every
state to meet even minimum standards of efficacy and performance.
16 states FAILED ON EVERY submeasure of performance.
California, which houses 20% of the nation's foster populace, failed Federal
Calif DCFS admits unneeded Foster C. 50% not needed21 May 2004 00:04 GMT1
Note that California houses around 20% of the nation's foster care population.
Even the DCFS, CPS in California, admits that over half of the children taken
to FOSTER CARE are there unnecessarily.
How can this possibly by disputed?  The department ACKNOWLEDGES AS SUCH.

abuse of process has taken place and DCF has NOT acted in good faith to remedy

Not only are mostly totally innocent families subject to invasive, intrusive
CPS investigations, but if children are to be removed they are removed to an
admittedly FAILED SYSTEM.
