Negligent casework on the part of CPS, DSS, FIA, DCFS etc.

Many families now are suing them for negligence.   If more do, they will be

Because DCFS, CPS in Utah has been performing poorly, squandering scarce
resources on trivial matters, and intruding unnecessarily into good families,
the legislature voted to fund a FAMILIES RIGHTS ADVOCATE.
