Courts are beginning to recognize this overreaction by government, and act to
curb the injustices perpetuated by DSS, ACS, DCF etc.  

One teacher, four aides, and a group of children numbering around 10.
DSS in Massachusetts supported the allegation, and teacher said a disruption
broke out in the classroom.
Aides said they did not see abuse.
