For being in a disruptive fight. Funny the school can exercise such sanctions. Strip searching, incarceration OVERNIGHT, and cuffing the 5th grader. Of course, the apologists on this NG will say that it's ok for Court to allow

An accident. I attended a hearing in Michigan today that is out of the norm for me. (Just to be clear, I did not sit in on the actual hearing. I was briefed by reliable sources inside the courtroom.)
