My step daughter is five. And so far we have had very little trouble
getting along. In fact most times she seems eager to be around her
father and I. Before her last birthday she decided that all she wanted

My understanding is that it is common for the Court to order a Social
Welfare report in the case of disputed custody arrangements for children.
At least that is what happened in my case originally.
Does anybody have any idea how this works if the court is in one State and

My husband and I have been married almost 7 years, we have a 3 y/o, 14
m/o, and a baby on the way. He has two daughters, Candy-13 and Carly-10,
