decades.  This means the where the money for Federal programs comes
from.

I'm not sure why I didn't check out this board before, but ever since
I got married I thought I was alone in this stepkid hell. People who
don't have steps have no idea what I'm going through and I get
absolutely no support from my husband about his daughter's behavior.
