| This is not my annual little league post | 31 May 2004 15:40 GMT | 3 |
Really. But all year, I do the same thing at games. I take the baby, we sit on the bleachers until he gets restless, then we move to the other side of the diamond until he gets restless, then we go home. BM has _seen_ this at every game. And don't tell me she hasn't noticed.

| children wont speak to bio-mom and she never calls them -step parent adoption | 30 May 2004 21:00 GMT | 6 |
I left my soon to be ex-wife a year ago next month, she has made no attempt to come out to see them nor does she request that I bring them to her. We had a really rocky marriage from the start (15 yrs ago) we have 3 children 14g/12b/9b that I love dearly. I always thought she ...

Heh. One post I thought I'd never write. DH and I are splitting up. Kids don't know yet (at least not openly) but they will next week. Shocker, huh?

| I hate Mother's Day | 28 May 2004 01:41 GMT | 7 |
I hate the Mother's Day season. When the kids were little it was never "my turn" or even "1/2 hour" to have the kids on Mother's Day. In spite of BioParents saying that I was a parent as much as they, I never got anything or any acknowledgement. Here it is 20 years later and I ...

| He Tried | 27 May 2004 03:55 GMT | 123 |
Barclay sent a 5 page letter on Friday to one of his sons. Today it was returned in an enveloped addressed to no one, just to our house. No response, not even anger, or a f.ck off and leave me alone. I expect he didn't even read it.

| New to Forum | 26 May 2004 13:28 GMT | 12 |
I just found this forum, thank god, as I am really pretty frayed with dealing with a lot of step parenting issues. A little background is I have been with my husband for 4 years. I have never been married before and have no kids of my own, and I am in my 30s.

I am asking for help. I have a step child that has never known his biological father. My son has a desire to meet this person to satisfy many questions he has had over the years. Are there support groups for children trying to find parents like

| "Real" Moms who are Jealous of Step Moms | 26 May 2004 04:09 GMT | 33 |
The mother of my 6 year old step daughter was never married to my husband. I'll call her Tammy. Tammy got pregnant 3 months into their relationship--just as he was about to end the relationship. She was going to abort the child and was literally laying on a table in an abortion

Can someone please type up a little glossary of all the abbreviations that are used in this forum? It can be a little bit like alphabet soup. :) Thanks.

| Adoption | 24 May 2004 20:42 GMT | 292 |
Was looking for some opinions/advice on what I can do with my situation, if anything. Long story short, my wife had an affair that led to a child, and the 'father' successfully petitioned for paternity and now has visitation once every two weeks. We both desire him out

Hoping to get some ideas thrown my way... My SD comes over every other weekend. When it's time for bed, it's a nightmare. We try to put here in bed around 9:00 on the weekends but she doesn't
