My husband has a 12 year old son who up until around 8 mths ago had
been living with us for 6 years - he then decided that he wished to
live with his mother - we have now been informed that he want to move
back with us - this has happened before - We also have a son of our own

My girlfriend and I have been dating for three years and I have custody
