We will be welcoming our twins to our family in February (knock wood). We have an almost 2 year old daughter too. I'm wondering how long you kept your boy/girl twins sharing the same room? I'm thinking two years from when they are born, my older daughter will move into the

| What do I do? Clingy child | 20 Nov 2003 22:58 GMT | 2 |
Jordan has had Mommy-itis so bad lately. She wants me to go eveywhere with her, including preschool. On school mornings she tells me she doesn't want to go to school and then she cries when I drop her off at school. On Monday I had to take Madison to the dr. for a follow-up visit ...

| Giving gifts FROM twins/multiples | 20 Nov 2003 04:46 GMT | 12 |
I just had a thought today and found myself stumped. I guess I thought I'd ask for opinions and input before this ever comes up for us. When your twins/multiples get invited to a birthday party, do you send two gifts or one? My initial reaction was to send one nice gift. But, ...

| First dental appt....what age? | 20 Nov 2003 02:43 GMT | 16 |
I have been feeling like a slack Mama for not taking my girls to the dentist before now, so I called my dentist to make an appt. for the girls' first dental check-up and was told that they don't recommend that children come in until they're around the age of 5. That seems *very* ...

I am curious..... Are there any same sex twins that were "bi-chorial" with two separate placentas and "BI-amniotic" with two separate amniotic sacs, and later DNA tested later and proved to be identical in this news group. I wonder how

| dentist visit story | 18 Nov 2003 23:22 GMT | 11 |
I just wanted to share. I took Jake to the dentist yesterday to get a filling. He had a hole in his tooth from the way it was formed, no cavity yet, but they wanted to fill it. So anyway, this is his second filling. He did awesome!! He jumped right up on the chair and didn't ...

| Twins Magazine | 12 Nov 2003 21:57 GMT | 19 |
I am curious if anyone subscribes to Twins Magazine and if they recommend it? It seems kind of pricey and I am wondering if it is worth it. Also, while I was on their website www.twinsmagazine.com I found a link to a twin study conducted by Harvard. I thought I would mention it ...

| Bulbs | 09 Nov 2003 18:14 GMT | 3 |
We put two paperwhite bulbs in bulb vases two weeks ago and added water. They are almost 8 inches tall already! The girls are really enjoying watching them grow. It's great because you can see the roots as well as the shoots. I usually plant amaryllis but they take forever to grow ...
