Reading information please30 Nov 2004 22:05 GMT7
We have twin grandchildren and they are not socializing well with other
children. We have taken them to reading groups at the local library where
they only in interact with each other and ignore other children. The parents
are almost blind to any problems they might have in the ...
Has anyone seen Polar Express?26 Nov 2004 01:39 GMT5
I love the book so I was so excited when I heard the movie was coming out. I
was planning to take the girls to see it the day after Thanksgiving, but the
reviews I have read have been terrible.  Has anyone seen it?  What's the
verdict?
Decided on a new family car22 Nov 2004 06:53 GMT9
You all may or may not remember me asking for new car suggestions a while back.
I ended up getting an '05 Sequoia. So far I'm enjoying it. When we brought the
car home Madison said "Mommy, did we steal this car?"  Dh and I almost died
laughing.  That's me, the hot wire Mama!  :)  I ...

about those nudie posts...21 Nov 2004 15:11 GMT1
I just have to laugh -- who would EVER want to see those nude pictures (of
so-called celebrities) on newsgroups like this one, when we are probably so
joyously loaded with an abundance of our babies' pics!  Of course, mine are of
grandchildren (the ones of my own kids' I've hidden ...

HI!  I had b/g twins on August 27th at 26 weeks gestation.  They are 11

18 to 20 ounces a day.  My question is if I stop pumping and just b/f my

Hi all! Oldie checking in for a brief visit19 Nov 2004 03:31 GMT1
I see lots of familiar people still hanging around here as well as many  I
don't recognize. I wish I had more time to be a regular like I used to be.
:-(   Everything's going well here. Alex and Jordan are progressing like the
wild 4-year-olds that they are. lol  They love their ...
nap strike??18 Nov 2004 21:43 GMT5
For the past three days in a row, my girls have not napped.  I put them down
for their normal naps at the normal time, and used the normal routine. (How
many times can I use the word "normal" in one sentence?). But all they do is
play in their cribs for over an hour and then start ...
favorite parenting book?16 Nov 2004 19:29 GMT5
This is a curiosity question, probably unrelated to anything of any
importance, but here goes.  I run an online used bookstore and I just
realized that I've really got a ton of parenting books.  While most of my
books are offered on consignment for local charities, I see that most ...

Local mom gave birth to quads - looks like two sets of twins 08 Nov 2004 03:28 GMT1
Our local paper just carried a story about a couple who just gave birth to
quads.  Mom had in vitro but they ONLY transplanted two eggs, so the theory
is both eggs split, of course there are two boys and two girls.  All their
weights were 4 pounds and over.\
