Messy Bedrooms28 Mar 2005 11:33 GMT2
Ahhhhh. Anyone have any tips or tricks to keep the kids bedroom clean? My
girls have so many "treasures" I can hardly see the floor or the shelves or
the beds. Forget about the closet. There's stuffed animals, boxes, dolls
parts, necklaces, pieces of who knows what, and paper ...
I'm a newbie28 Mar 2005 06:08 GMT3
I just found this group, and I'm sure I'll have a lot of questions before
long.
We've known for about 5 weeks that we're pregnant, but just found out last
night that we're having twins!  It's a little overwhelming.

Just a note to say that www.bodycast-studio.co.uk has just launched a new

Hi everyone...27 Mar 2005 01:05 GMT4
Hi, I just wanted to pop in as I've not posted for a while.
My children are getting older and I think I'm brave enough to say that its
finally getting easier.  My oldest boy is 8, he's quite the independent one
now.  The twins are now 3 and although they have their moments of ...
Introduction and identical twin question22 Mar 2005 16:12 GMT17
Hey, I just discovered this group the other day.
For a quick introduction, my wife Liz and I tried to conceive a child for 3+
years before we gave up and went the adoption route.  We adopted an awesome
little girl from Kazakhstan, after living in the country for a month.  She
Disc Golf Twins turn Seven21 Mar 2005 20:06 GMT3
Posting a day early, since for just the second time this year, I won't be
going in to work on a Saturday.  The other one time this year was for my
wife's birthday Feb. 26th.
Dustin and Dylan are doing great, mainstreamed in first grade this year and
Question about Window Blind Accessories?21 Mar 2005 16:32 GMT3
I'm having a difficult time searching for this since I don't really know
what they are called.  We just recently had window blinds put in on all the
windows in our house, and when the blinds are pulled up, there is a lot of
the pull string left hanging.  I know this is a hazard ...
Di-Di fused placenta21 Mar 2005 16:30 GMT13
I'm getting mixed info from my MD and my OB and the 2 u/s I have had so far.
I hope someone here can answer my questions....
U/S 1 showed a vivid "lambda sign" which the u/s tech said it meant they
were fraternal twins
HB1055 Infant Eye Care Bill Needs Your Help20 Mar 2005 23:00 GMT3
Please give me just a minute of your time.  I do not want to intrude on
your Newsgroup.  I, and another Grandma, have been working very hard
for the last several years to get the Florida legislature to pass the
Infant Eye Care Bill (HB1055). The Bill mandates an infant eye dilation
2 for the price of 116 Mar 2005 04:45 GMT9
When our twins were born, and for some time after, when someone would
find out we had twins, they'd say "Well, 2 for the price of 1!".  Then
they chuckle.  It still happens every now and then, even though they
are 3 and a half.
Can you see me?13 Mar 2005 00:12 GMT8
I posted earlier but I don't see it.  Am I doing something wrong?
Singleton after Twins11 Mar 2005 14:25 GMT3
Our twins are 7 months old, and I am 10 weeks pregnant.  So, if all goes
well, the boys will be just over a year old when the new baby arrives.  For
those of you who had a singleton after having twins, did you find that
having just 1 baby was a breeze?
Good twin parenting books?11 Mar 2005 03:22 GMT15
Any suggestions? Also, any good general "care and feeding of babies" books?
Not specific to parenting methods, but just what to do.  I don't even know
how often you bathe a baby.
Did she really say that? (CTTS)10 Mar 2005 06:40 GMT11
I was playing the card game "war" with my daughter, Mariel, the other
day (war has become very popular with my kids these days).  After she
turned over a 10, I looked at my card and jokingly teased her by
suggesting I had a better card.  Unfazed, she sat back, smiled, and
Another singleton after twins question....09 Mar 2005 22:55 GMT3
I have twin girls who will be two in a month (!!!) and am expecting a
singleton in mid-June. Did anyone have mults then a singleton so close
together? I'm not sure how we will get from point A to point B --
